bought an XL instead of my usual shirt size of Large after reading multiple reviews recommending up-sixing. I am 6'2", 190 and the vest was too roomy to stay in place in the water and bunched up when the belts were chinched up. The other reviewers may be spending more time drinking beer in the boat than getting air on their boards. Will return for size Large.

This style of neoprene vest is best worn a little snug and can really protect from water slaps and falls without cramping your movement. Nice design and flexibility.
